Update đđ Why Is Teddy Sick?đśđ
We know so many of you have been worried and asking the same question: Why is Teddy sick? We want to share an update and be as honest as possible, because Teddy has always been surrounded by loveânot just from us, but from everyone who cares about him.

Over the past few weeks, Teddy hasnât been himself. What started as small changes slowly became impossible to ignore. He was more tired than usual, his appetite dropped, and his playful energy faded. At first, we hoped it was something minorâmaybe stress, maybe a temporary stomach issue. But deep down, we knew something wasnât right.
After multiple vet visits, blood tests, and scans, the doctors discovered that Teddyâs body has been under a lot of strain. His immune system has been working overtime, and thatâs whatâs been making him feel so weak and uncomfortable. The stress on his body caused inflammation and fatigue, which explains why he hasnât been eating, playing, or acting like himself.

One of the hardest parts of this journey has been the uncertainty. Dogs canât tell you where it hurts or what feels wrong. All they can do is trust you to help themâand Teddy has trusted us every step of the way. Watching him struggle while still wagging his tail when he sees us has been both heartbreaking and incredibly humbling.
The good news is that we finally have clarity. The vet believes Teddyâs sickness is something that can be treated with the right care, rest, and close monitoring. Heâs now on medication to support his recovery and reduce inflammation, and weâve adjusted his routine to keep him calm and comfortable. No intense activity, lots of rest, gentle walks, and plenty of love.
Right now, Teddy is stable. Heâs resting more peacefully, drinking water, and even showing small signs of his old self againâlike lifting his head when we call his name or giving us that familiar look that says, âIâm still here.â Those moments mean everything to us.

This isnât the end of the journey, but itâs an important step forward. Weâre taking things one day at a time, listening to the vet, and staying hopeful. Teddy is strong, and heâs surrounded by constant care and love.
Thank you to everyone who has checked in, prayed, and sent kind messages. Your support truly means the world to us. Please keep Teddy in your thoughts as he continues to heal. We promise to keep you updatedâbecause Teddy isnât just our family, heâs part of yours too. đžâ¤ď¸
